How to Schedule your Field Trip

Make your reservation request online or by fax/mail. A member of the Canal Education team will contact you directly to complete your field trip reservation details. You'll receive an official contract to sign and return. This confirms your date. REMEMBER - Your date is not confirmed until your signed contract is received.

Step 1- Decide the content focus for your field trip: Social Studies, Science or Combination Social Studies/Science (scroll down to view sample schedules in each subject area.)
Step 2 - Pick your top 3 preferred dates.

Step 4 (Optional)- Order Augusta Souvenir Gift Bags. Many classes enjoy a visit to the Canal Gift Shop to buy snacks, educational toys, books or Canal souvenirs. If your schedule doesn't allow time for this, prepackaged gift bags are available at $3 per student. Call 706-823-0440 extension 4.
