Discovery Center

  • Interactive exhibit area.
  • Approx. 8000 sf.
  • Suitable for stand-up receptions up to 200.
  • No kitchen.
  • Theater with hi-definition projector, 8 x 20 foot screen, surround sound, Apple TV, WiFi.
  • Theater seats 50 on wooden benches.

Availability and Rates

  • 5:00 p.m. — 10:45 p.m. (time includes set up and clean-up) – $500
  • Additional hour(s) if center must close to the public earlier – $100/hr
  • Rental event must end by 10p.m. due to quiet hours for the Enterprise Mill apartments.
  • Cleanup must be complete by 10:45 p.m. - $125/hr will apply after.

Cotton Room

  • 1000 sf. multipurpose room.
  • Approximately 48 guests for seated events.
  • Concrete floor.
  • Smart TV with WiFi and Bluetooth capability.
  • Small service kitchenette with ice maker, full fridge, stove, microwave, and small bar sink.

Availability and Rates

During normal Discovery Center hours of operation

  • 12 hours – $500
  • Monday — Saturday 8a.m. — 5p.m. – $275
  • Monday — Saturday 2p.m. — 5p.m. – $120
  • Additional hour(s) – $50/hr

Limited availability before 1p.m. in Spring and Fall.

Rental times include setup and cleanup time. All rates are effective from December 1, 2022 and are subject to change without notice.
